I offer both cosy, studio-style shoots with carefully curated setups and soft lighting, as well as natural, at home sessions that beautifully document your family in a relaxed, familiar setting. These first few weeks are fleeting, and my goal is to preserve these precious memories with timeless, heartfelt images you’ll cherish forever.

I will work with you to create a personalised session that captures your baby's unique personality and features. I will guide you through the process, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident throughout the shoot.

When should I book my newborn photography?

When it comes to booking your newborn photography session, it's a good idea to connect with your photographer once you have a confirmed due date. Due dates can be somewhat unpredictable, and babies often arrive earlier or later than expected. By reaching out with your due date, your photographer can add you to their waitlist for that particular month. This approach allows the photographer to manage their schedule effectively and ensure they can accommodate you once your little one makes their debut. It's a thoughtful way to guarantee a spot for your newborn session while keeping flexibility in mind for any unexpected changes in your baby's arrival.

How old should my baby be for their newborn photography?

Your newborn photoshoot should ideally take place in the first 2 weeks after birth. However, it's perfectly acceptable for a newborn shoot up to 6 weeks of age. I will adapt the session to suit the baby's age.


What if my baby doesn't sleep for their newborn photography session?

What should I bring to my newborn session?
Please bring along anything special to the baby that you may wish to have in a photo, eg a special blanket or teddy. Make sure that you have plenty of nappies and feeds available.

How long does a newborn photoshoot last?

This depends on your chosen package and how the baby is during the session, some babies have lots of feeds or take a while to settle. Sessions can be 1 hour up to 3 hours.

Can I have family and sibling photos with my newborn?

Absolutely, yes you can.
